Mend AEG APM8513/2 Washing Loud Noise

intergrated washing machine apm 8513/2?

When spinning makes loud grinding noise. Have emptied and turned by hand and still makes same noise. please help.

Hi i have the same problem, have you managed to sort it out was it the Bearings?

remove rear panel,remove belt,spin drum by hand and see if noise still apparent.
if so then it sounds like the drum bearings are away,if not then turn motor by hand and if noisy then motor bearings need replacing,however probably cheaper to buy new motor
