draining?

check for a possible pipe blockage ,filter blockage ,drain pump problem.
try and remove excess water BEFORE trying to clear the filter there may be a decent drop of water STUCK the back of the filter crud washing powder ,hairs, elastics,money,etc.
with the water removed remove the pipe from the bottom of the drum and check for any OBSTRUCTION from there to the pump and then to the standpipe or sink if no obstruction check the operation of the drain pump as a new one may be required
