Mend Sony NW-A806 Repair Months Started

How can I repair my Sony NW-A806 MP3 Walkman?

A couple of months ago, my Sony Walkman NW-A806 started playing random songs backwards and then the arrow keys stopped working, so now I can't play anything at all!

What caused this and what can I do to get it sorted?
