I tried upgrading to SonicStage but it didn't work so I uninstalled it. I then thought that perhaps there was a conflict between Connect player and SonicStage. I removed Connect but think I may have had my player connected at the same time. Whatever I did it doesn't change the fact that neither Connect or SonicStage software can 'see' my player when it is connected and so I can't add music to the player. I did a scan drive on the player but it revealed nothing at fault. Is my player now dead and therefore only fit to use as a external drive?
