Mend Hyundai HYDW12S Problem Cycle Turned

I have a Hyundai HYDW12S powder problem?

I have a hyundai HYDW12S and all of a sudden when the cycle is complete and we go to unload it we find the powder has turned to a solid block in the dispenser so has not released into the wash cycle. The door is however open.....Has anyone any clues please...Cant find our manual
