Mend Vauxhall Corsa Design 2004 Heater Cold Air Engine

the heater is blowing cold air on my corsa design 2004?

The heater is blowing cold air even with the switch on the red part. The engine is at normal temperature. Could this mean the thermostat has gone or a blockage.
