Mend Hotpoint A09 Fault Button Panel

HOTPOINT A09 FAULT CODE?

HOTPOINT A09 FAULT POWER BUTTON ON THE FACIA PANEL DOES NOT RESPOND WHEN I PRESS IT I CAN NOT TURN ON OR OFF THE ONLY WAY I CAN DO THIS IS BY USEING THE PLUG ON THE WALL I HAVE CHANGED THE BURNT OUT ELEMENT AND A BLOWN BOARD ITS LIKE THE MAIN FACIA PCB BOARD IS STUCK
