Mend Premiair 20-20 Working Properly Water

how to fix?

my dehumidefier is not working properly the moter is running ok but it is not collecting any water it is a premiair 20-20 about 2yrs old, i have tried to get help from the maker but cant get any joy ( THEY HAVE GOT MY MONEY) same old story,can anyone help

Check filter is clean.
Check fan is operating
Run it on laundry mode and see if any warmth is felt from air discharge. Should be 2-3 degrees higher than entering air.
If still not working then possibility of refrigerant loss or machine not compressing.
