how to fix a baxi 105e dhw flow problem?

Hi I have a reduced flow to my dhw on a baxi 105e checked and cleaned both cold water inlet and flow regulator filters no change but noticed the o ring in the flow regulator squeezed down the side of the regulator only in a small area will this cause the problem or is it a diaphragm not working properly no change in water temp or could it be the diverter valve

i would suspect a blockage in the dhw heat exchanger. u will need to replace it to find out. its the part where the cold water passes to become hot and if it has debris enter in it then this would reduce the water pressure
