Ignition Barrel Rover 214 SEI ( M reg )?

How do i remove the ignition barrel and fit a new one on a rover 214 SEI ?.

Rover Rover 214 SEI Vehicles, Cars Ignition Barrel Reg

remove the plasic covers around the steering colum place key in igniton and turn to position 1 (first click) there is a hole at the top of the barrel housing if its not there then it will be at the bottom as there are 2 diffrent types of ignition system hope it helps
