to remove the ignition barrel you will see two shear bolt heads either side of the clamp, with a small chisel or centre punch carefully tap as near to the side of the bolt anticlock wise to free it, once loose you can use your finger and thumb to remove them

As the ignition barrel is held onto the steering column with shear bolts, unfortunately these will have to be cut or drilled away before the thing will come free. Buy a new lock first though, to see how it fixes back together. You'll see a metal tongue that sticks into the steering column when the key is out - its important that this is lined up correctly on assembly.
