Mend Maytag LAT9306AAE Machine Spin Unbalanced

My maytag washer model #lat9306aae spins off balance all the time?

The wash cycle and all other functions of the washer are all ok. The only problem is the spin cycle, the washer acts as if it is unbalanced all the time, I made sure the load is even and I tried a very light load, no help, any suggestions?

Are the springs inside the rear cabinet ok, Take out the electric plug before removing the cover, Have a look inside the rear, to the right and left of the barrel, there should be 4 springs, Sounds to me like one has broken.
