Electrolux Aqualux 1200 washer/dryer spin problem?

Can anyone advise on a spin problem I have. on my d setting 40 degree wash cycle with 1200 spin, goes through the whole washing cycle, but does not complete the 1200 spin process. Yet my j setting 30 degree wash cycle with 850 spin, completes washing cycle and full 850 spin!!! I have had it repaired at a cost of £100, new motor, but it is no different. It's not unbalanced load, or blocked filter, gone down this route. Also why would it spin on 850 spin always, but not 1200 spin?? Can anyone help?
