Mend XDRY Water Draining Hose

my xdry dehumidifier wont drain?

my xdry dehumidifier extracts water from air very well but the water sits in the tank instead of draining through the hose I attached. I believe I have fitted the hose correctly (it's not complicated). Otherwise the machine is great.

Make sure your drain hose is not kinked and therefore preventing the water draining from the hose.

umm sandy/ did you make sure the knockout plug that's inside the drain fitting is knocked out? they ship them filled in so it can be used eitherway
