Ebac 2650e?

I have a ebac 2650e the red light came on to tell me the water tank was full. I emptied it and placed the tank back in. Now every light is on the display and running erratically. Switched off at the main for a while and plugged back in to the main and it started from when I unplugged it. I've pressed all the different buttons and have got it going with all the display lights on and running at fast speed only? Pressing the buttons don't do anything
