stoves gas cooker?

I have a Stoves double oven free standing cooker. The oven door catch is faulty, loose and will not shut. How do I repair or change it.

Look for screws holding the inner panel of the door to the outer one.When you undo them the inner panel pulls away giving access to the door catch inside.It may be that the retaining nuts have worked loose or fallen inside the inner panel.
