Mend Stoves Q 900 GRF DO Oven Top Bottom

How can I fix my Stoves Q 900 GRF DO gas oven?

No problem with the top oven, but when the bottom oven is switched on, the lights come on, the fan starts, but before it ignites, the green lights below the control knobs for both ovens start to flash and that's how it stays. Any ideas how to cure it?
