My mum has the above gas oven and is finding it difficult to get someone to come and have a look what is wrong with it or repair it.
The problem is with both the ovens - the gas hobs work perfectly but the ovens are just not firing up or heating up. There is a little light but just doesn't fully ignite. Could you please advise on what part we need to repair and if it is possible to repair it.
Its probably the F.S.D (flame safety device) the pilot lights with a low flame but wont fire up i have had the problem before and got it again and the they are on average £92.00 each just for the part hpoe this helps it must be a general fault it keeps having. By the way im not a cooker repairer.
