Mend Beko APM8513/2 Washing Fabric Wash

HOW CAN I FIX MY WASHING MACHINE?

When using fabric conditioner the machine isn't taking it. The wash will finish and the conditioner will still be in the draw. The model number is APM8513/2 INTERGRATED.

Remove the soap dispenser assembly from the machine,a sharp tug or lift the spring under the front,and give the whole lot a good clean, including the softener syphon.
