Fabric softener still in dispenser at the end of the wash?

I have a Beko WM6152W washing machine that has stopped taking the fabric softener and clothes are not fresh. At the end of the wash the dispenser drawer is still full of conditioner albeit slightly diluted. I have thoroughly cleaned the drawer and run a hot service wash. i have emptied the filter. Still not working!

or remove the drawer and unblock the holes on the conveyer.

water enteres the dispenser drawer from above through a series of holes,

if the holes are blocked obove the conditioner compartment then water cannot dilute the conditioner and flush it out.

Unblock the holes using a tooth drush or nylon brush

if it doesn't solve the problem, then you have a problem with either the water valve that meters the flow into the conditioner compartment or the cam release.

the tubs at the back of the dispencer draw port, might be blocked with hard fabric softener" that builds up after time, you need to try melt it with boiling water so boil a kettel or two, pour it into the dispencer part of the draw, be very carefull doing this no flipflops" as it will splash back , so a little at a time, it will take a wile to melt anything that has blocked it , do the same on the powder draw,as it will become blocked the same way,
