My samsung Q14335 works well. However, recently water has been going into the fabric softener compartment during the first fill when the washing powder is washed in. The fabric softener is washed in and the compartment is left full of water. Therefore , when it is time for the fabric softener to be used there is water in the compartment. Water is also left in that compartment at the end of the full wash and spin. Any ideaswhy?
You will have to remove the drawer and give it a good clean out with hot water to remove any congealed deposits of conditioner, make sure you also clean out the syphon tube within the drawer preferably with a cotton bud. Next time you add conditioner dilute it first, as this stops it from clogging up.
