machine wont start wash on 17 minute cycle go to next wash cycle ok works every 3to4 times ok then wont start at all so you have to restart on next cycle ok. a new timer unit was fitted 10 months ago worked good till now .any ideas please thanks gary
this model is unknown outside of turkey so all technical knowledge is very limited. try pulling it out and spinning it by hand, this can jump start the motor, thats right just pull it.

Sounds like a bad timer. Timer probs are quite common on some Simpson models. I would go back to person who supplied & fitted the timer 10 months ago and ask him to do something about it. You should expect a lot more than 10 months if it was brand new. In fact I think Simpson give a 12 month warranty on those sort of parts provided they were installed by a qualified service company.
