what wrong with my 2.5 diesel ?

my 1998 range rover 2.5 diesal takes ages to start when warm any ideas ?

had same problem with mine, bought hot fix off EBAY for around 30 quid fitted that and had no more probs. Only thing is now i think my fuel pump is on way out....... grrrrrr

my 2.5 had same problem a mod was done making heaters come on every time i started the car i think they fitted an extra relay. now no further problems in last 20.000miles
