renault master starting problem?

Hi I have a Renault master 63 plate the engine turns over as it should but wont start, when you turn on the ignition all the dash lights go as it should, it seem starved of fuel you can not hear the pump in the tank I've priced up a new fuel pump & they're £559.00 thats without it been fitted any help would be grateful

I have the sam problem renewd fuel pump and now turns over but will not strat glow plugs ok and idears

hi i have a renault master 2.5 on a 56 reg.had to replace alternator bracket which ment taking off fuel pump etc.fitted it all back togeather correctly but now will no start turns over but will not fire up.

Hi. I have been told that the relay for the glow plugs might have a bit of corrosion.It is located on the right hand side behind the headlight. i have the same problem.
