how can i fix my Toshiba Dehumidifier Model RAD 50GDE ?
my Toshiba Dehumidifier Model RAD 50GDE I have hza for just over 4 years has been working very efficiently when suddenly it has stopped collecting water,
It has the electric flow & does run but no water is collected,
Motor running but no defrost light on and is blowing out cold air. I live in a caravan and it makes sooo much difference! I miss my dehumidifier! Please help ...

When you say it runs,are you sure both the fan and compressor are running?. If the compressor is running, the problem could be due to either the sytem having a gas leak or the refrigerant filter is blocked.Either of these faults would require attention from a Refrigeration Engineer
