Mend Janome 106 Home Model Machine

How can i sort out my Janome New home Model 106 sewing machine?

I have the above model sewing machine, which came with no manual, firstly where can i get one of these?
Also i am threading the machine up but for some reason the thread in the bobbin is not catching with the top thread what is wrong?

Either you have a blunt needle, or the needle is in the wrong way round or the machine needs retiming, if you e-mail me below I can a attach a list of sites for manuals and retiming instructions if you need it.
