how do i remove the agitator on my hoover 2315l washing machine ?

Look down at the bottom of the agitator centre. There is a 10mm securing bolt. Use a long extension with a 10mm socket & undo it anti clockwise. The bolt may be covered by a piece of plastic which you have to fish out first with a piece of stiff wire.
