How can I fix my Simpson Riviera 429 washing machine?

simpson riviera 429 5kg will not move off wash cycle you have to physically turn the knob to drain spin etc

water supply is caming very little to washing machine. I took off the water supply hose and water pressure is vood. Looks like "selenoids " not openning fully ?, or electrical signal is botched ?. I try on cold and hot water and result is the same.
