Mend Baxi 105e Combi Heating Hot Water

dhw continues to run even though the taps are off?

I have a baxi instant 105e combi boiler. often the pump continues running even there are no taps in use. The water gets extremely hot, this does not effect the heating. If i switch power off then back on everything is fine for a while (it happens once every 5/7 days). Boiler is 4 years old.

Ricardo thank you for your response but the pre heat is switched the lowest setting but the boiler still gets very hot i.e. all red lights are on.Tony.

its likley to be the warm start pre hot water heat thats why its called a instant it heats up a small hot water tank within boiler
