Mend Baxi 105 HE Water Combi

max of 50 degrees hot water?

I have a Baxi 105 HE combi boiler about 6 years old.
The hot water and central heating water only gets up to 50 degrees. The dials that are supposed to adjust the temp. do not feel as if they are turning beyond half way.
Is this a circuit board fault?
