Mend Baxi 105 HE Combi Boiler Burner Pressure

burner going of after 2 or 3 minutes and on?

ive got a baxi combi boiler 105 he the problem is that it fires up and the burner goes of after 2 or 3 minutes and then comes back on and of the pressure gage is on 1 bar the max is 1.3 bar when boiler is on is this normal or have i got a problem
