ceiling rose?

From the ceiling I have 2 x 3 wire cables ie red/black/earth and 1 single wire. How do I connect to a light fitting with 2 wires ie blue/brown

DONT if you have to ask, you do not know what you are doing and will probably kill yourself, not that I care as it will remove another one from the gene pool.
