Ceiling light fitting confusion!!?

Hi there

Okay I've been stuck in my attempt to try and fit a new ceiling light in my kitchen. I've taken down the old one and was immediately confused as there where four wires coming out of the ceiling. Two black and two red. There's is also an earth wire (yellow and green).

The confusion lies in that the light I have has only three connection points which are all marked clearly, L, E and N. The instructions diagram that came in the box with the light only say to connect three wires to these three connection points so what do I do with the other two wires???
