The green and yellow wires are earth wires,if there is no obvious connection ie a separate connector ( usually marked by three progressively shorter lines surrounded by a circle ) then just connect them together in a connector.you don't say if its a fitting or a ceiling rose,if a fitting and its metal it must be earthed in which case it should have an obvious termination
