I went and bought two different sized fuel lines, the one on the bulb is smaller than the one to the carb. I have them both replaced, but there is a third line from the top of the carb, to somewhere I for the life of me cannot figure out where it goes.

You can use the smaller fuel line for all your replacement its a lot easier to work with. Home depot has both sizes, and if you cant find it you might have to opt for a new bulb just to get the smaller line.
