How to reassemble the throttle housing assembly?

I took a Sears Grass trimmer model 791880 apart to replace the drive shaft cable and now cannot figure out how the throttle trigger spring attaches so that there is tension on the trigger. There is a confusing parts drawing put no instructions on how to reassemble.
