Why won't my RAV 4 start?

Car was Ok yesterday, went to it this morning and won't start - just makes a 'clicking noise'? Is it the starter motor?

Generally speaking yes. Put the car in say 4th gear and rock it back and forth with the handbrake off. This might just free it up, but you will need it looked at soon.
