Mend Servis 1200 Fabric Conditioner Clothes

Why wont my Servis 1200 use the tablets and fabric conditioner?

My washer dryer (servis 1200) is washing clothes but not using the tablets or fabric conditioner. After the wash has finished the tray has turned the tablets into a mushy substance and the fabric conditioner is still there unused.

Any ideas?

Sounds like you have insufficiant cold water pressure. Clean dispenser out then turn the cold supply to machine off, remove the hose to the cold valve, remove the filter cage in the rear of the valve, remove the 'washer' like disc( it may be tight) in the valve. Refit filter cage and cold hose turn water supply on and test machine.
