The fabric conditioner does not get taken into the cycle and now at the end of the cycle remains full of water.
We have tried cleaning out the drawer but all to no avail. We had this same problem with a previous Bosch machine. Clothes come out unconditioned. Should have learned with the first machine and not bought Bosch again I suppose.
It worked for me too! Thank you. I've been trying to get to the bottom of this for months and was about to go and buy new...

I had the same problem, try removing the drawer & looking up at the top centre, there are 4 small square holes. I think this is were the water comes in to wash the conditioner through, clean them out with something like a cocktail stick, it worked for me.
