Beko washing machine - conditioner not going through?

remove the whole soap draw from the machine by pressing blue bit down and pulling it out.remove the blue bit from the soap draw and clean holes etc under there.whilst there look inside the soap draw housing in the machine and look up at the holes in the conveyor.are they blocked/black/mouldy??.try cleaning holes out to allow water in to the conditioner compartment
