Mend Renault Laguna Estate Times

the boot on my renault laguna estate wont open,sporadically?

sometimes it worksand other times it wont open at all. Any ideas?

I have exactly the same problem with the lock on my boot. Did you manage to fix it? Some have tried drying it out with a hair dryer - seems a bit basic to me. The top window of the boot doesn't open on mine either making me think it could be something to do with the electrics.
