how to get my front electric window to open ?

My renault laguna drivers electric window will only open 1 inch,and will only close after pressing button several times.

Keep pressing the button until the window gets down to the bottom and press and hold the button for 3 seconds. Then keep pressing the button until the window gets up to the top and press and hold the button for 3 seconds. That will recalibrate it so that it works properly again.
