Mend Optima Plus 2 Reset Zones Alarm

How can I reset my zones?

I have an optima plus 2 burglar alarm and I have somehow messed up on my zone alarm.I cannot reset my zones so that when I enter my rooms/zones the panel keeps beeping.Reset does not work and I have tried to omit the zones without any success.
Can anyone help?

the chime is on .press the chime button and make a note of zone that are lit . press reset then press chime then press the number of the zones that are lit then press set then press reset ,,hope this helps
