Mend Veritas RS4 Alarm Panel Engineer

alarm panel reset?

I have had some work done recently on my electricity mains board, and now my veritas alarm control panel is frozen out with some of the zones permanently lit up. I have tried shutting down the mains to see if it helps but it has had no effect. I am unable to reset it. Can you please advise on how it can be fixed? or do I have to get an engineer out?
