Hi, they are measured Cold but the gap depends on the engine size 1.4 to 1.8 inlet 0.2mm, exh 0.4mm, 2.0l 8v inlet 0.2+/-0.05mm, exh 0.4+/-0.05mm, 1.8 & 2.0 16v hydraulic not adjustable
