Mend Peugeot 106 Blowing Cold Turned

heaters on my Peugeot 106 blowing cold air even when turned full on ?

the heaters are blowing cold air even when the heater is set to maximum there is plenty of water in but the top pipe on the heater matrix inlet pipe (engine compartment) does not get as hot as the outlet pipe any ideas how to solve the problem thanks

could be a number of problems .... try flushing out your radiator first then get your thermostat checked . if that is ok could be a bad water pump
