Removing my Chuck?

Can not remove chuck from my Black and Decker drill, the chuck is half and inch. I tried the allen wrench clockwise and that didn't work, niether did trying the key. I just can't break it lose!

Little screw "inside"chuck lossens clockwise.Chuck should lossen anticlockwise.
