Mend Black and Decker KR650RE Drill Chuck Power Tools

How Do I get off a keyed chuck from a Black and Decker KR650RE please?

Id like to get the old keyed chuck off and add a keyless chuck - anyone know how to do this please?
Inside the check end appears to be a small screw, but the tip is a minute cross-head, and I can't get anything into it!

hi, you need to remove the screw that's inside the chuck (note left hand thread) then you will need to lock the chuck drive with a fine spanner to unscrew the chuck
