MY NEFF B1430 FAN OVEN DOES NOT HEAT UP. THE FAN STILL WORKS AND THE RED LIGHT STILL COMES ON BUT NO HEAT. IS THIS THE ELEMENT AND IF SO WHO CAN I GET TO MEND IT OR CAN I DO IT MYSELF?
