Neff B1442NOGB/01 Elements not heating?

Turned the oven on today, started heating up (I know that because I turned the thermostat down to see what temperature it was up to and food was partially cooked) but then everything stopped heating up, I don't think it ever reached the set temperature before it cooled down. We heard a pop, not a loud one, not even sure it was related.

There is power to the oven, the fan and the light works, but none of the elements work.

Heard something about demo mode but cant find out if that is applicable to this oven, and surely it would not just switch to demo mode in the middle of cooking?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you for your answer. We have previously replaced the fan element, but this time we have tried all the settings on the selector switch and it doesn't heat up at all.

The fan comes on if I select fan oven, it is off if I select conventional.

The B1442 is a fan and conventional oven. This means it has 2 sets of elements.

Are you sure the fan oven setting is not heating AND that the conventional oven setting is not heating?

If just one setting doesn't work, suspect the element associated with that. If both dn't work then, either one had already failed and you hadn't noticed until you tried it just now OR something common to the two sets of elements has failed, like the temperature limiter (though I would wonder what made that trip).
